Is it safer to buy a house inside London? - buy house london
Until recently, my friends asked me to buy a house somewhere outside of Zone 6. They said that the environment, schools, people ... are all better than living in Lewisham and Eltham. (Of course, we do not know how much money you can use the properties at the upper end of the market.)
But now that the market is showing signs of a slowdown, some say that London will be more difficult.
So it is always better, in an area, do not buy as much in London rather than elsewhere, such as Kent, etc.?

different parts of London didferent each other. just because its expensive does not mean that they arent problems. Move somewhere you've done the research and perhaps visited, talked to people.
I want to buy outside of London - Kent, Surrey, so if you can. They belong in London, the SE and E have a bad reputation at the moment xxxxx
